Description: This panel provides extra-heavy reinforcing for tooling with high strength and dimensional stability for parts from durable tooling. Working temperature up to 425°F. Four 4-ply skins of 1-ounce fiberglass cloth (.030 thickness) with two Honeycomb cores in a sandwich structure. A total of 16 plies of epoxy and fiberglass. Stage post cured to 425°F. Meeting Boeing MMS 101 specifications.
